Wedding policies

What to expect from your bridal liaison and how we coordinate your day

At Graced Studio we want every bride to feel relaxed, confident and cared for throughout the planning process. To make things as seamless as possible, we assign a personal bridal liaison to guide you every step of the way.

Your liaison will be your main point of contact for all planning details. She will help you determine which appointments are needed, schedule your stylist for both your trial and your event, and create a clear timeline for your day-of services. Our goal is to make your wedding day feel effortless and perfectly executed.

All communication with your liaison will take place via email. This allows you to easily reference your conversations and ensures that nothing gets lost in the shuffle. Your liaison will confirm your final schedule 14 days prior to your event and will send a text the day before your wedding with your stylist’s phone number so you can reach her directly if needed.

With your liaison guiding the process, you can focus on enjoying your engagement and feeling your absolute best on your big day.

Booking

A $50 fee is required to secure the date for your event. This fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward any services received. (This applies to on-location bookings or parties of three or more at Graced Studio.) Your booking fee ensures that your date is reserved and allows us to begin preparing a seamless, beautiful experience for your special day.

Invoices & Payment

Once your estimate has been reviewed and approved and your contract has been signed, a finalized invoice will be sent to the booking party. All invoices must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to your event. Payments can be made in person at Graced Studio or conveniently via Square invoice. We gladly accept cash and all major credit cards. Please note that we do not accept payment the day of the event, and any invoices not received by the deadline will result in the contract being voided and the event date released from our schedule. Our goal is to make the payment process simple so you can focus on enjoying your day.

Location Fee

For events that require travel within the state of North Carolina (any location other than Graced Studio), a $200 non-refundable location fee will apply. Travel outside of North Carolina may require an additional fee. This ensures our team can arrive prepared and on time, bringing the full Graced Studio experience to your location.

Hourly Rate

If the booking party requests that Graced Studio stylist remain at the event to provide additional services, such as touch-ups or style changes, there is a $150 per hour charge. This rate begins once the initial contractual services have been completed. We are happy to stay and make sure every detail is perfect throughout your event. Please let us know when booking your event if this is a service you are wanting.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your services:

  • More than 24 days prior to the event: all deposits and fees will be refunded, excluding the booking fee.
  • Less than 24 days prior to the event: all deposits and fees will be forfeited.

Reschedules

If you need to reschedule your event and Graced Studio is unable to accommodate your new date, the cancellation policy above will apply.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that Graced Studio is unable to uphold the contract, the booking party will receive a full refund. This is the only situation in which a refund will apply.
