Getting started

Your journey with Graced Studio begins by booking your service(s) and selecting your stylist through our online booking system, available anytime at your convenience. If you prefer, you're always welcome to call, text, or email us — our team is happy to help answer any questions and assist you in scheduling your appointment.

Online bookings are received and confirmed through an automated system, and you'll receive a response within 24 hours.

To help us serve every guest with care and attention, we primarily communicate via text and email, as these channels allow us to respond thoughtfully and efficiently.

Your pre-appointment experience

Approximately three days before your scheduled appointment, your stylist will personally reach out to introduce herself and send you a digital welcome packet. This packet outlines what to expect, how to prepare for your visit, and any important details to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

Your stylist will also confirm that you're booked for the appropriate service and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is for you to feel informed, confident, and completely at ease before you walk through our doors.

We kindly ask that you arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first appointment so you can settle in and enjoy the experience. From the moment you arrive, you'll be greeted with a warm smile and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Complimentary refreshments are available, along with free Wi-Fi and phone chargers for both iPhone and Android devices. Be sure to enjoy our assortment of chocolates — always a guest favorite!

Before your service begins, you'll be guided through our new guest forms and policies. Throughout your visit, soft Christian music plays in the background, creating a peaceful, uplifting, and relaxing environment.

Your consultation is one of the most important parts of your visit. We'll take time to discuss your hair history, daily routine, goals, and budget so we can fully understand your vision.

Together, we'll create a realistic and thoughtful plan to achieve your desired results while honoring the health of your hair and your beauty budget. We'll also review maintenance expectations, home care recommendations, and answer any questions you may have. Once you feel confident and comfortable, we'll begin your service.

Once your service is complete, we'll review home care recommendations to help you maintain your look between visits. We carry products in the salon and may suggest options tailored to your hair needs. If you prefer, we offer a unique link to shop all your hair care needs online.

Graced Studio accepts cash, credit, debit, and Apple Pay. You'll have the option to prebook your next appointment before you leave or rebook online at your convenience.

Before you go, we'll take photos to showcase your beautiful new hair. All photos are shown to you for approval prior to being shared on social media.

Do I need an appointment before my first color service?

Not necessarily. Many of our guests are able to book their first color appointment directly through our online booking system, especially if they're looking for something like a lived-in color, maintenance appointment, or a refresh of their current look.

However, if you're new to color at Graced Studio, making a big change, or unsure what to book, we highly recommend a consultation first. This gives your stylist time to understand your hair goals, assess your current hair health, and create a customized plan that fits your lifestyle and desired maintenance.

What type of extensions do you offer?

At Graced Studio, we believe extensions should never be one-size-fits-all. That's why we offer a variety of extension methods so each install can be fully customized to your hair goals, lifestyle, and natural hair type.

We work with wefts, tape-ins, keratin bonds, I-tips, and clip-ins, allowing us to choose the method (or combination of methods) that will give you the most seamless, natural, and comfortable result.

Whether you're looking for added volume, length, or a more dramatic transformation, your stylist will guide you toward the best option during your consultation so your extensions feel effortless and completely you.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

To help you get the most out of your appointment at Graced Studio, we recommend arriving with clean, dry hair unless your stylist has specifically instructed otherwise. This gives us the best starting point for color, cutting, or extension services.

It's also helpful to come with inspiration photos or a general idea of your hair goals — don't worry if you're not totally sure yet, your stylist will help guide you through the options and create a look that fits your lifestyle and maintenance preferences.

We also suggest wearing comfortable clothing and avoiding heavy styling products, oils, or dry shampoo before your visit. Most importantly, come ready to relax — we'll take care of the rest and make sure your experience feels easy, intentional, and personalized from start to finish.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another guest who may be waiting to get in.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed entirely, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We completely understand that life happens, and we always do our best to be flexible when unexpected situations arise. If you need to make a change to your appointment, just reach out by call, text, or email and we'll be happy to help you get rescheduled.

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes — we do accept walk-ins when availability allows!

That said, we always recommend booking an appointment in advance. Scheduled appointments ensure your stylist is fully prepared for your service and guarantee your time with us, so you're not waiting or missing out on availability.
